South Africa:
5–14 business days
International Orders:
7–21 business days

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Pineapple offers worldwide shipping where available. Some regions may experience longer delivery times depending on local customs procedures and courier services.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local government or shipping carrier. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped where applicable. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
DELAYS
Pineapple is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- customs processing
- courier delays
- weather conditions
- incorrect shipping information
- public holidays
- circumstances outside our control
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Pineapple is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or exchange in accordance with our Returns & Warranty Policy.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Pineapple is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
