At Pineapple, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every order includes a 3-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and product faults.

Returns & Warranty Claims

We only accept returns or replacements for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Products with manufacturing faults

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference

Warranty Coverage

Our 3-month warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty charging components
  • Magnetic or connection failures caused by manufacturing issues

The warranty does not cover:

Exchanges

If your item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we may offer:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
